This page tells you plainly what Parishrama Consulting Services Private Limited ("Parishrama", "we") is and is not, so that you know what to expect when you use www.parishrama.com, our customer portal, our mobile app or our services.
1. We are not a government body
Parishrama is a private company. This is not a government website. We are not part of, approved by, or an agent of any government department or authority, including the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the GST and income-tax departments, EPFO, ESIC, FSSAI, DGFT, the Trade Marks, Patents, Designs and Copyright offices, or any state or local authority.
When we mention a department, a government portal, a form number or a scheme, it is only to explain the service. Registrations, licences, certificates and approvals are issued by the department concerned, in your name, under its own rules. Many applications can also be made by you directly on the department's portal; our fee is for professional help in doing it properly.
2. Who does the professional work
Parishrama is a consulting company. It is not itself a firm of chartered accountants, company secretaries, cost accountants or advocates.
Where the law requires a piece of work to be done, certified, signed or represented by a qualified professional - for example an audit or a certificate by a practising chartered accountant, certification of company-law forms by a practising company secretary or chartered accountant, appearance before a court by an advocate, or acting before the Trade Marks or Patent Office by a registered agent or advocate - that part of the work is carried out by a professional who holds the required qualification.
Our own team prepares documents, collects and checks information, makes filings that do not need such a professional, coordinates with the departments and keeps you informed.
3. Government fees are charged at actuals
Our professional fee and the government's charges are shown separately in every quote. Statutory fees, stamp duty, challans, penalties and late fees payable to a department are charged at actuals: you pay what the department charges, no more. An amount shown before filing is an estimate, because the final figure is fixed by the department and can depend on details such as your state, your capital or the number of days of delay.
Government fees that have been paid to a department cannot be refunded by us. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Timelines depend on the departments
Any time mentioned on this website or by our team is an estimate based on normal working of the department concerned. The actual time depends on the department's workload, the working of its portal, holidays, verification or inspection steps, queries it may raise, and how quickly documents and answers reach us. We cannot promise that a department will finish its part by a particular date.
5. No guarantee of approval
The decision to grant, register, approve, object or reject belongs to the department or authority. We do not and cannot guarantee any approval, registration, refund, exemption or other outcome. What we promise is to do our part with reasonable care and skill.
6. Information on this website is general
The pages on this website explain laws and procedures in simple terms to help you understand a service. They are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice for your particular case. Laws, rates, limits, forms, due dates and fees change often, and a page may not yet show the latest change. Please do not act only on what you read here; ask us for written advice on your own facts, or check the department's official website.

7. Prices and quotes
Any price shown on the website is indicative. The amount you pay is the amount in the written quote we send you, plus government fees at actuals.
8. Your information and documents
What is filed in your name is based on the information and documents you give us. You are responsible for their truth and completeness. We are not responsible for loss, penalty or rejection that results from wrong, incomplete or late information.
9. Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials. Razorpay's own terms apply to the payment itself.
10. Other websites and names
This website may link to government portals and other websites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability. Names and logos of government departments, portals, schemes and other organisations belong to their owners; mentioning them does not mean they are connected with us or recommend us.
