- Documents you upload or hand to us for the service: for example PAN, Aadhaar, passport, photographs, address proofs, bank statements, incorporation papers, registration certificates, employee details for payroll and labour-law work, invoices and financial statements.

Information about other people
Some work needs details of other people, for example your directors, partners, nominees or employees. Please share these only if you are allowed to, and tell those people that you have shared their details with us for this purpose.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Our services are meant for adults and businesses.
3. Why we use it
We use your information only for these purposes:
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To deliver the service you ordered. This includes preparing and submitting applications, forms and returns to government departments and portals in your name.
- To take payments, issue receipts and tax invoices, and process refunds.
- To keep you informed about your work: status updates, requests for documents, reminders of due dates, and replies to your messages.
- To keep the accounts, records and registers the law requires us to keep.
- To keep our systems safe: preventing misuse, checking sign-ins, and investigating problems.
Documents you upload are used only to deliver the service you asked for and to keep the records the law requires. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell them.
We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them.
4. The basis on which we use it
We use your information because you gave it to us for a clear purpose (an enquiry or an order), because we need it to carry out our agreement with you, and because some laws require us to keep records. Where the law asks for your consent, we will ask for it clearly, and you can withdraw it later (see section 8). Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot continue the work that depends on it.
5. Who we share it with
We share information only as far as needed:
- Government departments and their portals, when we file an application, form or return for you (for example the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the GST and income-tax portals, EPFO, ESIC, FSSAI, the Trade Marks Registry, state departments and local authorities).
- Qualified professionals who work on your matter, such as chartered accountants, company secretaries, advocates or registered agents, where the law requires such a professional. They receive only what they need for your work.
- Razorpay, to process your payments and refunds.
- Service providers who run our systems: website and data hosting, e-mail delivery, and SMS or WhatsApp messages.
- Authorities, when a law, court order or lawful request requires it.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is merged or sold, on the condition that this policy continues to apply.
We do not share your information with any other company for its own use.
6. How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires.
- Enquiries that do not become orders: to be confirmed
- Customer accounts, orders, chat messages and uploaded documents: to be confirmed
- Invoices, receipts and payment records: for as long as tax and company laws require.
- Sign-in and security records: to be confirmed
After that we delete the information or remove what identifies you. Copies of documents that we have already filed with a government department stay with that department under its own rules.
7. How we protect it
- The website, portal and app use an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Uploaded documents are not publicly reachable. They can be opened only after signing in, and only by you and by authorised staff.
- Passwords are stored in hashed form.
- Staff can see only what their role needs, and important actions are logged.
- You make payments yourself on Razorpay's page. We do not need, and will not ask for, your card number, UPI PIN, net-banking password or payment OTP.
No system can be made perfectly safe. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

8. Your choices and rights
You can:
- See and correct your details in the customer portal, or ask us to correct them.
- Ask what we hold about you and how we have used it.
- Ask us to delete your information when it is no longer needed. We may have to keep some records because the law requires it, and we will tell you if that is the case.

- Name another person who may exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to act.
- Complain to us (section 10). If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India as provided under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
