Questions

Frequently asked

Something else on your mind? Call the office - it is always the same number.

Do I need to file ITR if my income is below taxable limit?

While mandatory only if income exceeds the basic exemption limit (₹2.5 Lakhs / ₹3 Lakhs), filing a Nil Return is highly recommended. It serves as proof of income for loan applications and visa processing.

What is a Belated Return?

If you miss the July 31st deadline, you can file a Belated Return until 31st December of the assessment year. However, a late fee (up to ₹5,000) under section 234F will apply.

Can I file ITR if I don't have Form 16?

Yes. You can file using your salary slips, Form 26AS (Tax Credit Statement), and AIS (Annual Information Statement). Our experts can compute your taxable income accurately using these alternate documents.
