When should I file for FSSAI renewal?
You can file for renewal as early as 180 days before expiry. However, the deadline is 30 days before expiry. Filing after this period attracts a penalty.
Can I renew my license after the expiry date?
No. Once the license expires, it becomes invalid. You must apply for a Fresh Registration if the date has passed.
