Any business conducting commercial activities (trade, commerce, or industry) within municipal limits must obtain this license. This includes shops, offices, factories, and food joints.
Is it a one-time registration?
No. A Trade License is typically valid for 1 year and must be renewed annually (usually between January and March) to avoid penalties.
