Questions

Frequently asked

Something else on your mind? Call the office - it is always the same number.

Is Shareholder approval mandatory for MOA amendment?

Yes. The Memorandum of Association is the company's charter. Any change to it requires the consent of shareholders via a Special Resolution (at least 75% votes in favor).

What forms are required to change business objects?

For changing the Object Clause, the company must primarily file Form MGT-14 with the Registrar of Companies to register the Special Resolution.

How long does the process take?

Once the MGT-14 is filed, the ROC typically takes 7 to 15 working days to approve the alteration, depending on the workload and correctness of documents.
